Tracked 48 confirms the 2–3 day window. Here's the final version:
SHIPPING
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched same or next working day. Everything is sent tracked, and your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
UK delivery
Free on orders over £70. Under £70, delivery is £3.99.
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Flat rate £8.99, sent tracked.
Delivery is typically 5–10 working days after dispatch depending on destination, and can take longer if your parcel is held in customs.
Customs and import duties
Prices don't include customs duties, import taxes or handling fees for orders outside the UK. These are set by the destination country, not by us, and are payable by the recipient on arrival. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure what applies.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email hello@wintrco.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because the delivery details provided were incorrect, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery — the cost of resending will be payable by the customer.
